Tips for Successful Property Searches.

You can search a broader range of properties by going into the Buying section and selecting appropriate location and property type, or you can go into the Community section and view representative property listings around specific courses. From any golf course community detail page, simply click on the link that says "view property listings". This will bring up representative properties around that particular course. It is possible, however, that sometimes there may not be any active listings. When not much is on the market, try contacting us and we'll put you in touch with a real estate agent who specializes in that community, as they are your best source for up-to-the-minute listings, property availability as well as an excellent source of community information. Or you can email us with your request and we'll provide you with any additional information that you would like. If you would like to be kept abreast of new property listings automatically, contact us and our property specialists can give you priority notice of all new listings in a particular golf community by email on a regular basis.

Property ID codes: To quickly access a specific property you'd like to view again, simply enter the property ID code in the upper left hand corner of the homepage. This is a good way to review several properties without having to go through the entire search again. You'll find the Property ID code indicated on each property description in your search results, or you might acquire this number from a flyer, a yard sign, or in an advertisement.
